Summary/Abstract: In the article aphorisms as a part of linguistic and cultural paradigm of education are viewed. The main task of linguistic and cultural science and its distinctive feature is the systemic presentation of national culture in the language. Linguistic and culture studies linguistic picture of the world, gives system description of linguistic and cultural facts in their interaction and connection. Units of language, including speech and language aphorisms, linguistic and cultural information contain, because aphorisms belong to the system of language and at the same time to the one of culture. Aphorisms are widespread in different national cultures. They are a valuable means of keeping and transmission of philosophic generalizations and popular wisdom they fulfill didactic functions and are attractive because of their conciseness.
