Summary/Abstract: Europe becomes a multicultural society of values with its own identity. New European reality is inevitably connected with the conception of European culture, European consciousness, European citizenship, European dimension and European identity. Globalization has not only its economic and political dimension but is also chracterized by its philosophical, anthroplogical and environmental dimensions and has its ethics as well. Therefore it is more than natural that it has both positive and negative aspects which may possibly result in some socio – economic imbalances, global security problems and international crime.
