Cross-cultural Perspective to organizational values and practices in Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: The study examines organizational culture for sample of Bulgarian middle level managers from telecom, food and financial industries. The cross-cultural methods of the international project GLOBE are applied. Organizational practices and values are measured on dimensions similar to the ones found by Hofstede and Bond. Their adequacy for organizational culture in Bulgaria is verified. Interrelations between them and other, independent variables are examined. The results are compared with finds for other cultures.
