Summary/Abstract: In the paper a pilot study with the browser-game ‘Employer `08” is presented. The aim is to examine the psychometric properties of the simulation for an intended future research. The game is designed for measurement of personnel selection strategies by means of virtual situation of changing environment of events, wages and candidates. The player who is in the role of an employer can plan his/her choices or act randomly. The results of the study show decent qualities of the instrument for the future research purposes.
