Summary/Abstract: This article has the purpose to treat of life, faith and poethical work of Franzuskus from Assisi, who embodies the alliance between Cathar’s ethics and Katholic church. „The most poetical of all Saints“ (Axel Munte) after his crazy youth and moral rebirth, wich made him „a second sun“ /Dante/, is passionate preacher of the Ethics of powerty and the Ethics of admiration of the Creator and the Creation. The philosophy of the Umbrian Saint incorporates elements of dualistic heretical ideas together with a comformistic curtesy to the Canon.
