Outsourcing of IT services

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this article is to show the idea of outsourcing of information technology services. At the beginning the general conception of outsourcing is explained and both advantages and disadvantages are presented. Moreover, the information technology outsourcing market and its historical outline are shown. In the next part not only the general description of information outsourcing’s implementations is given but also the example methodology is mentioned. The last part of the article is devoted to the example of information implementation containing costs aspects whereby the implementation is supported.
