Laws – signs of Justice or reflex of Power?

Summary/Abstract: In the history of philosophy, two lines of research on the laws have been outlined. In some views, laws reflect justice and landmarks coming from this approach, and on the opposite side laws wear the insignia of power, representing the beliefs of the leaders, which, however, does not always reflect justice. We analyzed in this respect, the views of philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle, Hobbes, Locke and others.
