Summary/Abstract: Marginalisation in the social and individual sphere of life Lives in our society on very rough way in rural as well as in urban surroundings. One of the conclusions, exept the fact of war, is that some people aren't grown up to civilisation in which they live. Except of the americanisation of the problem in means of - "everyone has to take his chance" - there are some more objective considerations - 'The unequality of chances in the beginning" or "lack of any chance". Sometimes the oppositions to marginalisation, which rise and fall from time to time, are delayed for some better times ...
