Summary/Abstract: To order the multitude of materials (products) available in an enterprise is necessary to classify them, based on the relative significance of each material (product). Thus, we need more analysis, that the enterprise can use to optimize planning and management of movement, which the materials (products) have in the enterprise. ABC analysis leads to the partitioning of objects (materials, products) in 3 categories, depending on their consumption value. XYZ analysis divides manufactured articles into three categories, after consumption and thus establishes their safety that forecast was made for different items separately. Combined ABC / XYZ analysis helps create recommendations on trade in items produced by the enterprise, but also create an appropriate inventory level. GMK analysis is sizing the deposits storage volume and optimizes transport capacity. The analysis that includes in a combination ABC / XYZ / GMK is a tool that establishes strategies for production, storage and transportation of an enterprise.
