Summary/Abstract: Partnership for individual dignity and social ethic.The paper underlines the specific role of the Church for promoting Human Rights, prevention from being excluded of persons with handicap, implementation of the social principle of solidarity, promotion of positive methods in dealing with the children and adults with disability, based on recognition of their abilities and competencies. The author focuses upon the importance of the partnership between the Church and the social and educational actors for professional /vocational education and the employment of the disabled persons. Suggestions/proposals of the paper: the necessity of networks, including Church, secondary schools – educational system în general – NGO, social services and the institutions responsible for policies at the local and county level (AJOFM, DGASPC etc ); the necessity to change all evaluation system of persons with handicap, separation within the evaluation of classification of the handicap degree, aimed to the payment of social performances and professional/vocational evaluation for hiring the disabled persons; the necessity to achieve individualised vocational profile /professional profile of the persons and occupational profiles of job vacancies.
