Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, the domestic banking system has gained considerable experience in the field of saving and accumulation of funds from the population. At current stage of banking activities development, it becomes important to use the types of financial instruments that serve best to meet the needs of a modern economy, the challenges of economic and social development. For a domestic bank to move to the next level of development, it is required to introduce new banking practices, approaches, technologies and methods of work. Very often these processes are accompanied by the applying of new financial instruments, the range of banking products and services expansion. Analysis of Russian banking system comparing with foreign experience, indicates a lack of trust for management of funds. The essence of asset management is in the process of fiduciary relationships to ensure profitability of capital for all the types of investors. The authors discuss creation of conditions for the creditable control of citizens’ savings by commercial banks. In order to provide such conditions in the banking sector, it is necessary to solve the following problems: 1. to develop a mechanism for the implementation of the bank’s cash management fiduciary for the public, 2. to provide a legal support for the fiduciary cash management, 3. to create the conditions of repayment, profitability and reduce risks for the participants in the process of fiduciary management. Solving these problems requires theoretical justification, thus, suggesting the definition of the place and role of fiduciary management of funds in the interaction of investment and savings processes.
