Summary/Abstract: The way of being “future organization” at globalized competitive environment is make the new and the different in other words creativity, therefore the needs to innovative strategies, new methods and solutions of organizations should be once again underlined. Organizations by reason of the integration process of change initiatives is closely observed to acquire a competitive advanges in innovation move. If an organization that focused on efficiency and effectiveness since its establisment, its difficult to show innovative and creative structure as required from innovative culture in a short time. This time will be a compelling area in terms of personel qualifications. In this study, the directions to create innovative culture was exposed roughly!. And the ideas put forward, is supported with a case study. The case under study in Ankara, Turkey proceeded well located within a private health institution in the corporate sense
