Summary/Abstract: Communication is a process that we face every day, but the conflict is also an "ingredient" of our everyday life experience. Some people seem to know just to provoke conflicts while others resolve them as well. Social relationships and decision-making lead to multiple risks consisting of differences of opinion, oppositions or confrontations between individuals and groups. The most common reasons for this situations are clashes on conflicting interests, linguistic or cultural dissonances (generally involving mutual understanding), different assessments of a given situation.
