Conceptual framework of the decisional management

Summary/Abstract: The majority of the specialists estimate that management means to decide, the decision being, in fact, the management drive, the results that are accomplished by the organization are most of the time dependent on the quality of the decision-making. Actually, the decision-making is so important for an organization that many theoreticians consider decision as a distinct function of management. In our opinion the importance of the decision-making can no longer be questioned, but, taking into consideration that decisions occur all through the management process and are taken in all management stages, we consider that the decision-making process is an instrument that actually practices all management functions.
