Summary/Abstract: Straipsnyje lyderystė interpretuojama kaip egzistencinis ieškojimų procesas, o lyderystės fenomenas tyrinėjamas egzistencinės psichologijos plotmėje. In this article, attempts are made to perceive leadership as the existential process of searches, and the phenomenon of leadership is analyzed in the context of the existential psychology.
