The concept of “residence” in the enforcement procedure

Summary/Abstract: The work proposes to make a brief analysis of the concept of “residence”, used in the enforcement stage, needed for establishing the territorial jurisdiction of the bailiff, as well as in any other situations. As compared to the previous regulations, the present civil Code offers new definitions to the domicile and residence of the individual and thus, from the civil procedural point of view, it faces new interpretations.
