Summary/Abstract: The study proposes an analysis of the legal nature of the civil enforcement procedures and of the judicial bailiff institution, through the legal rules governing them, respectively: Law no. 188/2000 on bailiffs, with subsequent amendments, the Code of Civil Procedure and the New Code of Civil Procedure.
