TYPOLOGY OF LOAN-WORDS WITH THE LAW DEGREE OF TECHNICALITY

Summary/Abstract: Depending on the qualities that the expressive means have in the Albanian language we can divided the language into two main components: a common language and the specialized languages. The specialized languages are object of the linguistic stylistics and they are a variety of language. Some of the specialized languages have a high degree of technicality, while the others have a low degree of technica-lity. In this article we'll take care of the specialized languages that have a low degree of technicality (the language of law and the language of economics). One of the ways to form the scientific and technical voca-bulary of a discipline is the use of the loan-words. We will focus on the different types of loan-words that are used in the language of law and the language of economics just like the integrated loans-words, the structural ones and we will bring to your attention some particular phenomena of the loan-words.
