Summary/Abstract: After the two year research of interreligious dialog in Belgrade, here is the article which points out the complex and multidimensional status of Islamic community in Serbia. Using the theoretical-research concept "grassroots level", and by investigating local confessional community, author have tried to contribute in geting to know each other between the closest neighbors, but also to stress the problems which are slowing down or disabling interreligious dialog in specific environment.
