Summary/Abstract: The Relationship Mother-Son in Three Days at My Mother’s of François Weyergans. The article is an analysis of the novel Three days at my mother’s of the Belgian writer François Weyergans, winner of the Goncourt Price, 2006. Among different approaches, we have chosen the relationship between the mother and the son – the writer who can hardly write his novel, the way how the mother influences the son’s creation (being inspiration or incitation of the writing). We have considered this creation as the novel of the novelist, as the novel inside the novel, by the “mise en abyme” technique.
