Summary/Abstract: This study is a critical edition of fourteen Wallachian documents preserved in the archive of Simonpetra Monastery, on the Mount Athos. These documents had been issued by three Wallachian rulers, in the period 1551-1560: Mircea the Shepard (five documents), Peter the Young (five documents) and Alexander II Mircea (four documents). Twelve of these documents survived in their original form, while the other two have been preserved in a late eighteenth century translation and, respectively, in an abstract. Eleven of these documents have been previously unpublished. As regards their content, all documents refer to property disputes, concerning both ecclesiastic and laic possessions. Two of these documents (no. 1 and 6) refer to the possessions of the Bolintin Monastery from Wallachia.
