A grave from Sântana de Mures - Cerneahov culture discovered in Topliceni village, Buzău County

Summary/Abstract: An inhumation grave was discovered incidentally in the village of Topliceni (Buzău County) in the spring of 2004. The inventory consisted of 5 ceramic vessels typical to the Sântana de Mureş culture. The discovery fits within the series of funerary discoveries from the IVth century AD in the territory of Buzău county (Pietroasele, Gheraseni, Vadu Soreşti etc).
