Summary/Abstract: Between September 2007 and September 2010, Buzău County Museum together with Museum of Brăila and Digital Domain SRL Bucharest developed a partnership within the research project “Key Periods of ancient history in the Buzău River Valley”. By implementing this project the members aimed to identify and investigate areas of archaeological interest along the river Buzau (Buzău and Brăila County). The activities undertaken were archaeological field surveys and systematic excavations. Following these activities, earlier informations have been checked and new sites with traces of habitation were identified from prehistory until the Middle Ages.
