Summary/Abstract: This year, on the 19th of March there are 150 years since the school was established. The Bucharest Central School for Girls is recognised as a prestigious school, where a lot of writers and artists studied. The author, as an ex-student of this school (1039-1947) writes about some of the teachers that helped the girls find a way in life.
