Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author examined the power distance cultural dimension calculated using a questionnaire that was applied to the police in the Caras Severin County Police Inspectorate, Teleorman County Police Inspectorate and Brasov County Police Inspectorate and compared to the value estimated by Geert Hofstede for Romania.
