Summary/Abstract: The present paper analyzes problems of image creation in educa-tional organizations, it also analyses the technique of image formation in organization examining the concept of organization’s image, reputa-tion, discussing the principal features, types and the meaning of image. The main object was organization’s image creation and management. The main object was analyzed from both theoretical and practical pe-rspectives. Analyses of the Siauliai city higher education schools image have been carried out, on the grounds of Siauliai city school-leavers attitude to the phenomenon. The main aims of this work are the following: 1) to analyze the meaning of image 2) to discuss the importance of image creation in educational organizations 3) to analyze Siauliai city school-leavers attitude to the Vakarų Lietuvos verslo kolegija.
