Summary/Abstract: One of the tools for entrepreneurship learning and various age, gender and social group people integration in labour market is business practical learning enterprises, which operate in edu-cational institutions. One of the tools for entrepreneurship learning and integra-tion of various age, gender and social group people in to labour market is business practical learning enterprises, which operate in educational institutions. They improve entrepreneurship by practice also by giving of the most lacking theoretical knowled-ge and practical entrepreneurship skills. Factors of organizations success are described in various scientific literature sources, but success factors of Lithuanian business practical learning enterprises works haven’t been analy-zed. Given reasoning prompted to choose the successful activity of business practical learning enterprises as object of research and set the problem-oriented question of research – what determines success of business practical learning enterprises? In consideration of aforesaid problem-oriented question as objective of research was chosen to discover the success factors of business practical learning enterprises. Research revealed four success factors of business practical learning enterprises: international, national, local and inner. These factors compose systemic unit, which enables business practical learning enterprises to plan, organize and control the work of these firms. Successfully realize student study objecti-ves, improve competences and successfully reach final results by participating in Lithuania and international business practical learning enterprise markets.
