Summary/Abstract: In modern society, communication plays a vital role for the individual and for society as a whole. They are a social process in which people communicate among themselves, exchange ideas, share joys and concerns, showing their interests. Communication is a powerful force for harmonization of social relations. In his life time, man exists in a social environment, which owes its moral, psychological and cultural development. This influence he feels in the family and subsequent stages and areas of social development. Communicating with others, it enriches their personal, social experience and personality to integrate current social environment. Get familiar with new technological means, share valuable information allows complex situations to cultivate and enrich their values, and individual feelings all areas of modern society. This process occurs with unbelievable speed, which requires special and adequate training of future specialists to monitor the achievements of science. Communication is closely related to our daily lives because it creates skills that we need in our contacts with others. We meet different people at home, school, leisure, observe one another, listen to them, respond to their actions and in most cases this is unintentional. Each of us makes his own way, has its preferences and characteristics. The workplace, good communication is associated with the professional attitude towards colleagues.
