Summary/Abstract: [...] However, there are cultures where forms of orality could exist parallel to literacy and new technologies. Th e concrete example could be drawn from the Albanian culture in Kosova. Forms of orality, although very rare, still could be found in some isolated places of Kosova, despite the fact that Kosovar society is fully literate and introduced with new media technologies. In my opinion, political and social struggles of Albanians throughout history have played an important role for the orality to survive even in nowadays.[...]
