Summary/Abstract: In this article the author discusses the nature and sources of conflict of aims in an enterprise. Based on many year research and observations and personal experience in business practice, the author emphasizes the universality of conflict of aims, presents the consequences, and proposes traditional and modern solutions to eliminate it.
