Summary/Abstract: The task of foreign language instructions is (similarly to the primary acquisition of any mother tongue by its native speakers, although in a different way) the building up of a communicative competence. The goal is to provide the studier with that information, which will gradually lead to the acquisition of knowledge and ability to select those language means (from the point of view of content and form) which will make possible communicative success in situations which it is necessary to manage and for which it is desirable and even essential to be prepared. Targeted communicative competence should be based upon harmony with the real circum-stances of existence of the native speaker of any language and should be upon the basis of analysis of the communicative situation, which the studier will have to manage.
