Summary/Abstract: Faced with the growing complexity of cases, the E.C.H.R. tries to find real solutions for one of the most important problems for our society,the recovery of possession.The article manages with this kind of problems,acording to art.1 of protocol no.1,addition to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.The jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights wae varied in the matter of respect to one’s possession , though it evolved within a particular context.
