Summary/Abstract: The National Education Law regulates the status of teachers in secondary education, complementing its rules with the general labor code. Although the activities of this category of personnel is made as a rule under an employment contract, the legislature has customized some of the features of work by teachers, but his efforts were not cross any criticism.
