Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to verify whether the discourse features of face-toface teen talk are detectable in electronic interaction and whether a local group identity can be built online. With this in view, we chose to study the messages posted to a Romanian teen magazine Forum debate by a number of adolescent contributors.
