Summary/Abstract: The era we are living in is one dominated by technology and the expansion of the internet, with all the advantages and disadvantages that this phenomenon of digitalisation can bring to the human being. Digitalisation is a phenomenon that has produced profound and irreversible changes in the evolution of contemporary society, bringing with it a series of opportunities and challenges that require careful management and continuous adaptability. The modern, contemporary person can no longer imagine a society without the digital environment, nor can they see themselves separated from the advantages offered by the digital age in which they live. The synergistic work of man in the Church for his healing is a natural one and involves degrees of purification. This is not only the environment but also the means by which a person, regardless of the era in which they live and the challenges they face, can achieve inner healing and the wholeness of their being through the Holy Sacraments and the tradition of the Church in the Holy Spirit. In this article, I will refer to digitalisation as a phenomenon that influences a wide range of sectors, including the economy, society, and culture, as well as spirituality and the individual's relationship with themselves, with others, and with God.
