Summary/Abstract: The study seeks to answer the question, based on the responses to a questionnaire survey conducted on a national sample, of what differences can be experienced in the perceptions of the present and future of artificial intelligence between the opinions of those working in different types of libraries. The results suggest that employees of larger libraries and institutions with more complex workflows are more open to implementing artificial intelligence-based solutions. Librarians perceive the lack of financial resources and necessary expertise as the most significant challenge, but they are less concerned about the lack of support from society and professionals.
