Psycho-pedagogical aspects of the transition from decision to action in game situations among 6–10 years old students

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the methodological aspects of integrating cognitively demanding relay games into physical education and sports lessons. A primary focus is placed on transforming traditional motor tasks into processes that require decision-making under time pressure and within dynamic environment. The research results indicate that this approach optimizes psycho-motor reactions and enhances students' tactical awareness. The proposed methodology fosters analytical thinking and rapid adaptation, transforming learning into an active process of cognitive and personal growth. Specific game models for integration into PE lessons are presented.
