Summary/Abstract: This study, presenting a report on the 7th Krakow Criminal Law Forum, not only outlines the conference's subject matter but also the most interesting theses put forward by participants in the individual panels (devoted respectively to measures responding to a committed prohibited act, electronic monitoring in criminal law, and the impact of the prosecutor's procedural decisions on the administration of justice by the court), and also sketches the conclusions arising from the discussions held during them.
