Summary/Abstract: Grounds for the absolute nullity of acts reconstituting property rights – issued pursuant to Law no. 18/1991 and other relevant legislation – are expressly regulated by Article III of Law no. 169/1997; however, case law indicates that although these grounds are explicitly listed, the list is not exhaustive, as other grounds capable of rendering such acts invalid have also been accepted as bases for nullity based on similar reasoning.
