Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to determine the impact of artificial intelligence on theinformational power of states. According to the proposed model, informational powerencompasses both structural and technological aspects. The impact of artificialintelligence on informational power was assessed based on the distribution of criticalraw material resources and production infrastructure related to AI development(structural aspect), as well as on the distribution and scale of investments andcomputing infrastructure, as well as the capacity to design and train advanced AImodels (technological aspect). The study found that the development of artificialintelligence allows countries with a developed structural and technological base toincrease their advantage, while entities with limited infrastructure remain dependenton external centers of production and development of AI models. Consequently, AI isnot merely a tool for information processing but a factor that structurally modifies theinformation power of nations.
