Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyze the social conditions that shape women's experiences of endometriosis, with particular emphasis on the social perception of pain and societal responses to the disease. The article introduces the concept of "invisible" pain to describe the experiences of women who feel misunderstood, unaccepted, or even socially excluded due to their symptoms. The netnographic research involved women participating in Facebook-based online communities focused on endometriosis and other gynecological conditions, analyzed using interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA).
