Summary/Abstract: The present article explores the use of ‘listening techniques’, genuine language learning tools meant to sharpen English students’ linguistic skills, while strengthening their confidence, too. Similarly, by integrating ‘language shadowing’ into their study routine, not only will learners speed up the process of language acquisition, but they will also gain a more structured perspective on their linguistic studies. Likewise, ‘the shadowing technique’ benefits learners in more than one way, including pronunciation, vocabulary expansion and the assimilation of grammar patterns.
