Summary/Abstract: Introducing didactic games in communication classes can significantly enhance student engagement, critical thinking, and collaboration. This article presents a case study on teachers that helps evaluate how educators perceive and implement such games, what challenges they face and what outcomes they observe. Communication classes often rely on traditional teaching methods, which may limit student interaction and active learning. A didactic game is a teaching strategy that integrates a learning objective, a set of rules, a playful context and an active participation.Didactic games, as pedagogical tools, offer interactive learning opportunities. Didactic games are structured activities designed with educational purposes in mind, combining learning objectives with elements of play. Unlike free play, these games are intentionally created to develop cognitive, social, emotional, or physical skills. In modern education, didactic games are increasingly used to make learning more engaging, interactive, and student-centered.
