Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to assess the benefits obtained from business process outsourcing by large and medium-sized enterprises in the Podlaskie, Lublin and Subcarpathian voivodeships. The survey was conducted on a sample of 300 entities between February and April 2021 using the mixed-mode research technique (CATI and CAWI methods). The largest group of respondents considered potential benefits of outsourcing moderate. The least numerous group of respondents did not perceive any benefits from business process outsourcing. The accounting, finance, customer service, HR and IT managers from large and medium-sized enterprises in the Podlaskie, Lubelskie and Subcarpathian voivodeships similarly assess the majority of benefits gained from outsourcing. In this situation, outsourcing companies may use the same promotional message to large and medium-sized enterprises in Eastern Poland and focus on emphasising the outsourcing benefits, especially those rated low in the survey.
