Summary/Abstract: This article shows how to use the automated content analysis of substantive reports of public benefit organisations (PBOs) to assess the phenomenon of projectification in the Polish third sector. Projectification, understood as the transformation of organisational activities into project structures, is increasingly common in NGOs, mainly due to the requirements of financing from grants and funds. The study is based on a corpus of one hundred and twenty 2023 NGO reports, analysed with natural language processing (NLP) tools such as attendance analysis, specialised term extraction and thematic modelling. The results indicate the presence of numerous terms and phrases typical of project management, confirming the ongoing projectification of the sector. At the same time, the reports retain a strong social component reflecting the organisation's mission statement.
