Summary/Abstract: Today, it is believed that the sustainable success of organizations is not limited solely to financial performance but is also closely related to factors such as ethical values, environmental responsibility, and the sense of duty of individuals. It can be argued that the established perception of ethical leadership, particularly among individuals working in the public sector, plays a crucial role in both establishing organizational trust and increasing their sense of individual and social responsibility. Ethical leadership plays a decisive role in individuals building a value-based self-concept based on universal moral principles and capable of adapting to changing conditions. Green business ethics, on the other hand, is a form of individual and organizational behavior based on environmentally responsible, sustainable, and ethically based business practices. Finally, business responsibility refers to the awareness of employees to perform their duties in a timely, complete, and qualified manner. Although research exists in the literature on the impact of ethical leadership on employees, it appears that no studies address environmental and duty-based variables, such as green business ethics and business responsibility, within the same research model. This context highlights the need for holistic studies examining the impact of ethical leadership on employees' environmentally responsible business practices and levels of duty responsibility, particularly in public institutions. Therefore, to contribute to addressing this gap in the literature, this study aims to reveal the effects of social security institution employees' perception of ethical leadership on green business ethics and business responsibility. This quantitative research study was conducted on 87 employees working at a social security institution in the Central Anatolia Region. The data of the study were analyzed using the SPSS program. The analysis revealed that ethical leadership had a positive and significant effect on both variables. The study findings indicated that as the perception of ethical leadership increased, the levels of work ethics and environmental ethics, which are subdimensions of green business ethics, also increased. When examining another variable, business responsibility, it was determined that as the participants' perception of ethical leadership increased, their levels of business responsibility also increased. Finally, the analysis revealed a positive and significant relationship between green business ethics and business responsibility.
