Between Potential and (Self)Realization. Creation and Transgression of Subjective Resources

Summary/Abstract: The content of the presented study is the thesis about the most important human aspiration from the point of view of optimal functioning, which is the realization of the potentialities, the need to develop abilities and involvement in various activities. The subject of the study are creative subjective resources - their potential and (self) implementation. The adopted perspective of subjective resources determines a positive model of human development. It fits in with the postulate of developing positive education, aimed at supporting human creative resources, building educational programs in a climate of pro-creativity and pro-capacity. The positive perspective of resources is part of the trend of positive pedagogy (positive development).
