Summary/Abstract: In space law, the lack of a clear delimitation between the concepts of international responsibility of the states and their civil liability, as well as between the concepts of objective liability and fault liability, have given rise, in terms of doctrine, to several thinking currents, and in terms of norms, they have generated the need to create standards that may regulate the liability of the states responsible for prejudicial consequences, the extend and the nature of this liability.
