Summary/Abstract: Moral harassment in the workplace can no longer be treated as a mere interpersonal issue specific to the professional environment. It must be understood as a genuine violation of fundamental values, such as human dignity, psychological integrity, and the principle of equal treatment in employment relationships. In practice, it has been found that workplace mobbing is not limited to explicit hostile behavior but can also include subtle yet intrusive organizational practices that create a climate of psychological pressure. However, court rulings establish a solid legal standard based on proportionality, balance, and the effectiveness of remedies, which is essential for ensuring a respectful and fair professional environment.
