Summary/Abstract: This study analyzes Useful Reflections (1816) and Moral Lessons (1829) by Eustahija Arsić in the context of characteristic Baroque motifs and themes, such as “water in motion”, dew, vapor, and snow. The imagination of this Serbian writer is defined by ingenio and concetto. Her work holds the potential to be interpreted through the lens of ecopoetics, given the intertwining not only of poetry and prose but also of art and science.
